KSF developed the first pilot store from concept drawings and were then commissioned to fit out a 2000 sq ft store from a shell condition, in a shopping mall in Shanghai, China in 5 weeks.
KSF was appointed due to its UK & China operational know-how, to help Superdry interpret the design concept visuals into manufacturing drawings, whilst sourcing materials and finishes that were locally available and affordable, without compromising the design merits.
By project managing local shop fitters and monitoring the schedule and progress very closely, the first pilot store opened on time in 34 days which enabled Superdry to launch their brand in China. This was achieved without compromising the scheduled PR program. The concept store is now in a roll-out stage across China.
