KSF Global works with clients to determine appropriate order quantities that meet both production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
KSF Global has a network of trusted manufacturing facilities located within the UK, Europe, and the Far East.
We will make a recommendation depending on the project lead time, cost, complexity, and client preferences.
Upon reviewing your requirements, we will determine the most cost-effective country of production, considering the timeframe we need to work to, as well as the most appropriate shipping method.
As a general guide:
- Lower volume orders produced in the UK typically take 6–8 weeks
- Orders produced in China typically take 8–12 weeks
Orders are managed with a focus on efficiency, from initial enquiry to final delivery, with clear communication at every stage. KSF Global assigns a dedicated Project Manager leading a team with relevant expertise.
We use a CPA (Critical Path Analysis), specific to each project, to ensure timely, monitored delivery from start to finish.

Design & Prototyping
As you would expect for a specialist, bespoke service, we charge a design and development fee to reflect our expertise and time investment.
This will be calculated and itemised as part of your quotation. Drawings produced by us remain the property of KSF Global Ltd.
Prototypes can typically be produced within a few weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the materials required.
KSF Global works to expedite prototyping and provides estimated timelines based on the specifics of each project.
Yes, prototypes are normally charged at a multiplier (3x) of the quoted volume price. However, 50% of this charge is refundable at full order stage.
The customer is liable for the shipping cost of the prototypes, and this is non-refundable.
Yes, KSF Global offers fast prototyping services, ensuring that prototypes are delivered quickly to meet client timelines.
The speed of prototyping is optimised through streamlined processes and efficient production capabilities.
Depending on the nature of the project and client preferences, specific Incoterms are agreed upon during contract discussions.
KSF Global follows a comprehensive, multi-stage quality assurance process to ensure that every product meets the highest standards before it reaches the client. The process is as follows:
- Design Phase – Defining Quality Requirements:
The QA process begins by establishing clear quality standards during the design phase. These cover performance, functionality, and security to ensure that the finished product meets client expectations. - Prototype Testing:
Once a prototype is developed, it undergoes thorough testing to confirm that the hardware and software align with the defined specifications. This helps identify any early design or functionality issues. - Production Quality Control:
During manufacturing, we carry out in-process quality checks, including functionality testing, stress testing, and burn-in testing. We also ensure compliance with industry standards, such as PCI-DSS for payment security where relevant. - Software Testing (Where Applicable):
For projects involving digital or interactive components, software undergoes unit testing, integration testing, and usability testing. This ensures the system functions correctly, integrates well with other technologies, and provides a smooth user experience. - Pre-Release Testing:
Before final delivery, we conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and beta testing. These help identify and resolve any outstanding issues under real-world conditions, ensuring the product is ready for market. - Post-Production Quality Control:
Our QA process continues after production, with ongoing support that includes maintenance and regular software updates if applicable. This ensures the product continues to perform reliably over time. - Continuous Improvement:
We actively collect client feedback and carry out root cause analysis on any issues that arise. This drives the continual refinement of our products and processes. In addition, periodic internal audits help maintain consistent quality standards across all projects.
This thorough, end-to-end approach ensures that every KSF Global product is reliable, secure, and built to meet the highest levels of performance and client satisfaction.
