Leicestershire, UK – 27 October 2026 – KSF Global welcomed senior representatives from iMin to its UK Experience Centre in Leicestershire to celebrate the companies’ partnership and their shared focus on creating more connected customer experiences.
The event brought together leadership teams from KSF Global and iMin, including KSF Global Founder and Managing Director Benjamin Wang, Head of Digital Product and Innovation Peter Simunovic, and senior members of iMin’s global and European teams.
The occasion also coincided with KSF Global’s 20th anniversary and the launch of its new Experience Centre. In this working showroom, retailers, hospitality businesses, and other organisations can explore physical and digital customer experience solutions in one environment.
As a Premium iMin Partner, KSF Global can combine iMin’s commercial hardware and technology with its long-established capabilities across product displays, fixtures and fittings.
The Experience Centre includes a dedicated iMin showcase area, allowing customers to see products and solutions in a real-world setting, explore different applications, and discuss how the technology could work in their own environments.
Solutions on display include Heron kiosks, Swan point-of-sale terminals, Falcon tablets, Swift handheld devices and Penguin kitchen display systems. Visitors can explore the technology firsthand and see how it can support their business operations and customer experience.
The event included an official ribbon-cutting, followed by a discussion of current and future market trends, the role of technology in the customer journey, and how KSF Global and iMin can work together to support customers.
Founder and Managing Director of KSF Global, Benjamin Wang said:
“This September marks 20 years of KSF Global, and we’re celebrating that milestone with the launch of our Experience Centre. It was a pleasure to welcome the iMin team and share this occasion with them.
“Our aim with the Experience Centre is to give customers somewhere they can explore and interact with solutions. Our partnership with iMin strengthens what we can offer and gives customers access to technology that can become part of a much wider customer experience.”
Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of iMin, Richard Xu, said:
“Congratulations to Benjamin and the whole KSF Global team on reaching 20 years, and on opening an Experience Centre that truly brings technology to life.
“At iMin, our goal is to give businesses commercial hardware they can rely on. It is backed by our cloud-native Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platform, KiwiCloud, to make device management simple and secure. Partnering with KSF Global allows us to bring that complete solution to UK customers alongside the displays and fixtures they already trust. We look forward to growing this partnership together."
The discussion also explored the value of giving businesses access to working technology before making investment decisions and how closer collaboration between technology providers and solution partners can help organisations select, integrate and deploy solutions more effectively.
The KSF Global Experience Centre is now open to customers by appointment, where they can see the iMin range and explore how digital technology can work alongside physical displays, fixtures, and environments.
