It’s that time of year again; time to panic shop as you realise that you have missed people off your gift list or begin the terrifying trawl around supermarkets looking for the best deal on turkey. For us it’s time to wind down for a few weeks (for some of us anyway) and get some time to recharge, spend time with loved ones and start planning for the New Year.
