Maryling


We developed the first pilot store from concept drawings, and were then commissioned to fit out a 2000 sq. ft. store from a shell condition, in a shopping mall in Shanghai, China, in 5 weeks.

KSF was appointed due to its UK & China operational know-how, to help Maryling interpret the design concept visuals into manufacturing drawings, whilst sourcing materials and finishes that were locally available and affordable.

By project managing local shop fitters and monitoring the schedule and progress very closely, the first pilot store opened on time in 34 days.

This was achieved without compromising the scheduled PR program. The concept store has now been rolled out across China.
